Hospital Fatima

We came here for a non-urgent medical need on a Saturday afternoon. A doctor saw us within a minute and staff was very nice. They didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate easily with google translate. The whole thing took 15 minutes including the treatment.

I am visiting Sevilla and needed a covid test to return to the UK. The process was quick and easy - queued up at the side reception, had the test immediately and the results in 5 mins. They also gave me the relevant documentation. It cost €40 for the antigen test. Would recommend.

We are Americans and my son had to undergo surgery for an open fracture of his patella. It was difficult to have a medical emergency in a foreign country. We were assigned a translator by the name of Ana. She was a life saver. She went the extra mile to help us. From then on, we were treated very well. The staff tried to make things comfortable for us. I would have given a 5star, but there was one night duty nurse who appeared not to like us. On our last night, my son was in great pain because of his post operation surgery. At about 5-6am, I asked if they could administer his pain meds to help alleviate his pain. After waiting for a while, he showed up in the room and changed his intravenous for the pain meds. We were wondering after 30minutes why the pain level was still of the same intensity. My son looked up and saw the medicine was not dripping. We called one of the day shift nurses to help us. I would like to believe that this was an honest mistake. But this night shift nurse was not a new person from the way he carried himself. We did not want any trouble , so we just kept quiet about it. We just wanted my son to get the proper treatment. Unfortunately, personnel like that night shift person, ruins it for the rest. Everyone else was very good, except for that one staff. Our stay at Fatima was Sep 23- Sep25. We are very thankful to Dr. Sanchez for accommodating us last minute. God bless you.

I have visited this hospital more times than I would like to admit, and every single time the care has been exceptional! Everything was very straight-forward, the staff was super kind and thorough, and when my mother visited and injured her back, they were extremely kind about providing somebody who could communicate in English and explain all of the insurance rules.

Needed a covid test to fly back to Italy and here all the process was super quick and smooth 5 minutes, 30€ and ready to go! Super recommended

My review is in gratitude to the radiology administrative team. We were there yesterday, Tuesday, December 12, for an MRI with sedation for our baby. The authorizations were not correct and the 3 colleagues who were at the counter got involved to solve the problem in a very humane way and with a professionalism that is worth highlighting. There should be more people with this treatment in the healthcare sector. All the best

We chose this facility to carry out an antigenic swab to return to Italy. Personally I highly recommend it if like me the flight is on Sunday; based on travel plans it is difficult to find facilities open on Saturdays to perform a swab test (many closed and many only half a day). We arrived on Saturday morning at around 7.30am, January 15th, the time to hand in our documents for acceptance and without any queues we took the swab test. Result after less than 10 minutes, cost 30 euros, in line with almost all laboratories in Seville. Quick and efficient compliments, highly recommended for an antigenic swab.

Today I went with my mother-in-law in the morning to the radiology service of this hospital, and I wanted to congratulate the 3 morning shift administrative staff at said counter for being so kind and efficient in solving a big problem for me. You have a great staff at your hospital
