Hospital Dr. Galvez

I was experiencing pain in my upper back and my left arm above the elbow. Even though I spoke little Spanish, staff we're taking blood before I even finished filling out the forms. Staff were caring, empathetic and kind. I was lucky to have chosen such a wonderful hospital. I can't remember the young doctors name, but he was excellent. Thanks to all for their efforts and professionalism.

I went to the emergency room of the private clinic because of an acute flu infection and was treated and served more than courteously. After less than 15 minutes I was already examined. As my knowledge of Spanish did not permit any medical conversation, a member of staff with perfect English skills came and accompanied me in a friendly, courteous and supportive manner. They also immediately tried to find an agreement with my insurance company for my next visit so that I would not have to pay in advance. Contact with the clinic on medical issues is also always quick, courteous and extremely professional. Based on my experience, I can only recommend this clinic as a place to go because of its competence, location and service.

I would thoroughly recommend this hospital. We received excellent service from the moment we stepped through the doors to when my husband was discharged, 8 days later. There is an International liaison service there, who not only translated for us but was available through What’s App to immediately help. The liaison person we dealt with was supportive and pro active and made the whole experience so much easier. We found the Drs to be very professional and knowledgeable and almost every person from the nurses to paramedic was kind and cheerful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital, especially if you are far from home and struggle with speaking Spanish.

Went this morning for a suspected sprained ankle injury from the beach the previous day. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I had a consult supervised by a lovely lady who spoke excellent english and was able to explain everything to me. Had an X-ray straight after my consult and a treatment plan was made. Cannot fault the service.

I was unexpectedly admitted for 3 nights and extremely well looked after by all the staff and especially a very kind, helpful doctor. I am not fluent in Spanish ( though I am learning ) and so I was enormously helped by the International Department member of staff, Nesli, who was superb!

This Hospital blew my mind! Such a great service from all of the departments. I was in Malaga on vacation but by the end of it I got some health problems and I was worried because I thought I won't be able to find a good Hospital (where I can speak English), but what a surprise 🙃 They did everything they could to be sure that I will leave the Hospital in a good health. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and special thanks to Nesli and Jasmin for the 5 stars service!!! P.s.The building is so beautiful, it feels more like a hotel👌 One more thing, during my stay there I tried the real Spanish food👌, it was really tasty. Muchas gracias!!!

Amazing experience. Me being new to the country, although most paperwork is done (nie, nr de social seguridad, ..), I forgot to register for tarjeta sanitaria and so medical centers have not accepted me with ankle sprain. I also have additional Sanitas insurance, so Hospital Dr- Galvez accepted and fixed me up in no time. Very nice and amazing people from precheck through x-ray till follow up with the nurse.

Being in the hospital is never fun especially as a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language. I was treated extremely well by all the doctors, nurses and especially Nesli the hospital translator. Thank you all for making a miserable experience very tolerable.

Great service, fast x-ray, friendly doctor. Went in with broken collarbone (private insurance) and was in/out in less than an hour w a followup apt in two weeks.
