    I've noticed the low rating for this hospital, and I'm somewhat at a loss for words. I've been to Hospital da Luz for two consecutive days, and all I can say is it's amazing, from the moment you walk in until you leave. The reception is excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was prompt, and I was very satisfied with the entire operation of this hospital. I highly recommend it.

    I've had only the best experiences! Honestly, everyone I've met there treated me kindly, not as a number among many. It's incomparable in care to CUF (where I had the worst experience). Elia Fernandes is a great obstetrician. I highly recommend giving birth in this hospital. It's a 5-star experience all the way.

    I forgot my medication some place while traveling and ended here at the recommendation of the hotel where I was. This is a very beautiful hospital where I was taken care rather fast by a very good and friendly doctor (Dr. Duarte) that gave me a prescription after doing due diligence. I paid 120 euros, each of them well spent. Really impressive

    I've never in my life seen a hospital looking like this, it's like a 5 star hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Also the emergency procedure, everything nice and smooth. Also, almost everyone speaks a decent level of English. As a foreigner you have to pay here, but to be honest it's quite affordable to be treated here and it's definitely worth it.
