Had my baby there last week. It was an amazing experience and the staff, especially the nurses, were a huge part of it. They helped me feel confident and comfortable, above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough of them. Whatever bad experiences people have had there, mine was the opposite. I can't be more grateful for them.

Well appointed facility with exceptional and dedicated staff. Special mention must be made of Dr, Jayanti Patel and many of the nurses on the Fourth Floor, including Anunciata, who is about to graduate as an RN... She switched careers and is striving to master this one... and possesses all of the key elements of an exceptional, caring nurse. She is well mentored by very skillful and caring nurses such as Praise, Mena, Regina, Sonia, Ameline, Jenna and others. Kudos to this exemplary nursing staff!

Labor and Delivery is the best here! The nurses I had during my stay here were beyond amazing. I would love to shout out Kelly, Jenn, Betacla ( Sorry for the mispronunciation and spelling of your name, I hope you guys know who I’m referring to.) and Becca! You nurses kept my spirits high and I enjoyed every conversation we had. Thank you for your hard work and long hours, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you all for the encouragement on my twins! **Now I would give the food 1star. It wasn’t so tasty for a pregnant hungry woman.

We had an excellent experience at the maternity ward. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, transport, and food services was competent, professional, and caring. My partner and baby had great care. Thanks Germantown Holy Cross
Excellent experience with my C-section as a first time mom. My water broke a few days before the date of my scheduled C-section and they were able to get me in the very next day. Staff were all professional and warm. Everyone was genuinely happy for us. Shout out to nurse Stella and Dominique! They were amazing. Also loved the lactation consultant who was so helpful!my one complaint would be rh terrible food.
