I had a missed miscarriage recently (baby had no heartbeat in the ultrasound) and I had to have a D&C and when I woke up from my surgery crying my nurse Kara was so kind to me! I had to spend 3 days in Gritman and I can not thank Dr. Kusko enough for how kind she was. She checked on me twice a day and all the nurses in the family birthing center were amazing! They treated me not only as a friend but like family. Also the lab techs who had to draw blood did an awesome job in not making it hurt!

They treated my 6 year old so good! He had to get 2 Staples in his head and they were absolutely fantastic! I have been in my fair share of hospitals and I was so impressed with how quick they were and how they handled everything. He didn't even cry when they did it and made him feel so part of the process and I can't say how grateful I am enough times!

As my son is a student at University of Idaho, this was his first trip to the ER on his own. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped him with all the paperwork, explained the process, took the time to answer all his questions and treated him very well.

I have been to Gritman 4 times in the past 4 months for procedures on my back. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional starting with Lisa at the front desk, the nurses were great and the anesthetists were all extremely qualified and kind considering my procedures were painful. They went out of their way to help me control my anxiety and pain. I highly recommend Gritman.
