After a weeks-long, multiple hospital stay, my son was finally discharged to home. Our home is about a 1.5 hour drive in the snow. The driver was compassionate not only to my son, but to my own worn down state as well. Should we ever need such service again, I would request the same driver. Thank you again, D!

I had an accident that required a call to 911 about three weeks ago(that person was great...she stayed on the phone with me until the ambulance arrived)...when Gold Cross got there, the two gals were absolutely wonderful...they calmed me down....got me into the ambulance, took care of the bleeding & to the ho spital we went. Can't say enough about the great care I received!!!! P. S. I don't think that an ambulance is made for a comfy cozy ride, it's made to get you to a hospital...if you want comfort and luxury call someone who has a Cadillac or Lincoln!!!! 😇

On April 12th I had the worst day of my life! I had a stroke and was saved by a group of Angels because of their quick response and level of care my stroke is what is considered mild by what I seem inu stroke unit at the Best Hospital ever!! I still want to meet each of my guardian angels to personally don't thank them for saving my life!!!! I Love You Each And Everyone Of You That Was T here For Me!! GOD BLESS EACJ PNR PF YPU!!!!

I have fallen and broken my ankle Saturday morning and the two guys who came to help me I think it was in Ambulance number 5 we're very helpful and made my experience less traumatizing than what it could have been I just want to give those two guys a pat on the back good job done the ride was fun keep up the good work guys I'm doing much better thanks again
