    Amazing nurses and doctors. I accompanied my mom to be checked about some things to compared with Indonesia’s hospital, the doctors are really nice and kind. This is the second time my mom visited the hospital the service is always great. The price is a little bit pricy, my mom got checked with 2 doctors + CT Scan it costs us for 4.6 juta IDR. The service is really fast, and they provide water to drink on all corners and floors. Everything is really good for international patients.

    I am so amazed at the helfulness, kindness and humility of the staff here. Also the meals provided by hospital was good and tasty. We visited dr. Rajesh sha for cardiologist and dr. Timothy as well as dr. Mohanma rao. Super satisfied and happy. Will highly recommend this hospital to my friends and family.

    I recently had to visit this hospital for medical check up and minor surgery. I must say that I was impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the waiting time was minimal.     Great service and very professional only one bad experience at the HDU... ward's rules is strictly no mobile phone, all visitors need to safe keep it in locker next to guard post and strictly to keep the noise lever to minimum. but the ward nurses is the most and loudest noise contributor especially night shift and all of them carrying mobile phone inside the ward. other than this, nurses actually are all very friendly, helpful and professional

    Really super impressed with the nursing team on level 16. They went over and above to make my father’s stay comfortable. Even the food was good!
