    Honestly you get the same service as other companies. I have never gotten a complaint from a customer regarding patient care. However, late pick ups do occur staff is small.

    Mel was great! He waited for me (transported my Mom from Rehab facility to her appointment at Kaiser South Balto) until he met up with in Kaiser- taking her to the 4th floor. We did not have to wait long -less than 10 minutes after we called for pickup return. Thanks so much for your great services.
