Overview

In Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, approximately 750 calls are managed annually using three ambulances. Coverage extends to Brecknock Township, Terre Hill Borough, and portions of East Earl Township, Ephrata Township, Earl Township, Caernarvon Township, Adamstown Borough, and sections of Berks County along the Pennsylvania Turnpike. In 1966, Fivepointville Ambulance achieved incorporation as the Fivepointville Ambulance Service. By 1997, the ambulance service had relocated to their present site, just across the street. Operating as a non-profit organization, the team relies on dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving residents and visitors in the community.

The Fivepointville Ambulance Association operates two Life Line Ambulances, both equipped with the necessary gear mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Health for a BLS Ambulance. Additionally, in January 2012, the association introduced a 2002 Chevy Tahoe into service, designated as Squad 36 and certified as a QRS unit.
