I had a medical emergency the morning of April 28th 2022. One of their ambulances responded to transport me to the Emergency Room. The crew could not have been more professional and I was well attended to in-route. It is comforting to know we have such a top notch ambulance service in this area.

I can only speak of the EMT/Paramedics that transported my mother to the hospital after becoming weak and unable move after falling in the bathroom. They worked hand in hand with the Aurora Fire Rescue to get her moved, evaluated, and carefully on a stretcher to be transported to the hospital. They listened carefully while I gave them a rundown of her medical hx/ stage 4 cancer patient. Later at the hospital, Paramedic "Juan" took the time to ask how she was and spoke some comforting words. I can't speak for all the negative reviews this company has, seems like mostly billing issues, instead of speaking out for the treatment or transport that was provided. Special "Thank You" to Unit 101 for your services.

The EMS men drove up almost immediately after I called 911 after my car accident. The 2 men were knowledgeable, caring and transported me to the nearby emergency room. I realize each situation they handle deals w/different people and different issues. They knew about diabetes, whiplash, and back pain which helped my situation out very much. I am on the mend. Thank you very much.

They took very good care of my pedestrian accident. And went up out of their way to pick up my 6 yr son at his therapy session to be with his mother.way to go!!! Awesome job my son would have been very upset if mom never showed up to get him. God bless

They took very good care of my family member. The EMTs/paramedics were outstanding, respectful,caring,and they had good communication skills.

I no longer work here, but I loved collaborating with the City of Aurora, the team I got to work with and the family atmosphere we had!
