I took my mother to the ER to get checked out for possible heart attack or stroke. We had a great experience from the time we arrived to the time she was discharged. The staff was very professional...answering all questions and fulfilling all requests. It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive.

Everything was positive! I went just yesterday, because I walked my dog and got glass stuck in my foot. I was in a lot of pain, and I couldn't walk. They gave me a mask, and I had only sat down for a second before they got me back up to go over my needs and DOB and such. I was there for around three hours, but it was worth it. After evaluating me, I was taken immediately to a room. It was only a few minutes before the doctor who took care of me was there. He had a look at my foot, and tried to locate the glass. When he couldn't, I was sent to an x ray room. I got my first x ray! The x ray lady made me feel safe and secure throughout the whole process. Then I was brought back to my room. They tried to remove the glass, but when they couldn't, they had to give me numbing medicine via shot. They knew I was scared, but managed to calm me a little and administer the shot. And the nurse who was helping hold my foot was spectacular as well. They were both amazing. After that, nothing hurt anymore, and the doctor successfully removed the glass. Honestly, this experience could have gone awfully, but the doctor and nurse were amazing and made me feel safe and happy. They were good people, and were kind. Absolutely the best experience I've had with doctors and nurses my whole life. I reccomend you receive treatment here when needed, as they're amazing and treat you as a priority.

They were wonderful to my stepfather and was very clean and accessable for the handicap. Mask have to be worn at all times and they clean after each visitor . Good place to get a leg put back in lol just kidding but sure they could do it.

I chose to go here with all my births. I looked at the Richmond hospital, St. Joseph in Lexington, UK, and Central Baptist, but here is better. I had my births naturally. I will go there again in a few weeks. They work well with my family, my wants, and my doula. I have delivered with more than one doctor there over the last 4 years. It is sad to see all of these bad reviews. One review mentioned a 30% discount that is clearly stated expires the day of release from the hospital. I have had no issues paying for my multiples stays with discounts the day I left, no matter what time of day. Once, I forgot and called back just an hour or two later and paid. If you plan and have someone pay the bill, you can get the discount, it just takes some planning. I love the garden for moms in labor/patients. I love the laughing gas. It has one of the lowest c-section rates and the doctors truly care about what the patient wants.

I came in yesterday with an injury. The staff were super nice, from intake thru bandaging. My doctor, Dr.Turpin, was super nice and was very considerate of my fears. I was in pain when I went in, and left patched up. I'm so thankful and appreciative!
