At Edward Hospital, the objective is to ensure that each moment spent there is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. This principle traces its origins back to 1991 when Edward pioneered as the first hospital in Illinois to provide exclusively private rooms. Over the years, they have continued to introduce further innovations in comfort, including areas for families to stay overnight, tranquil healing gardens, and a pediatric ER creatively themed with a nautical design.
The visiting hours operate from 7 am to 8 pm, and their emergency services are accessible around the clock, 24/7. Their range of services encompasses Cardiology, CT Scan, Gynecology, Emergency Care, Heart Scan Screening, Hematology/Oncology, Imaging and Radiology, MRI, and various others.
My son was delivered here and we had a great experience. The facility was nice but more than anything it was the staff that made the whole process as smooth as possible. Amazing bedside manner from all those involved.

I really want to acknowledge Cynthia, a RN in the Vascular Center. Her bedside manner is second to none. She is thorough, efficient, and truly a lifesaver. Thank you for making our visit flawless. Also wanted to share a picture of Moxie. Moxie delivers meds and Starbucks to patients. She brought a smile to many visitors.

Everyone was very good at their jobs. The recovery room staff was great. Getting to my room was delayed because no room was ready. Just wish someone would have kept my wife better informed why I was in recovery so long. But everything else was great.

I went to ER for lower back pain and can’t speak highly enough of experience. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I was eventually admitted to Heart Hospital and was there for two days. Amazing staff of nurses and technicians. I think I had 6-7 shift changes and smooth as can be. Food service was very efficient even though food was not always flavorful. Lots of variety though. The hospital is well run and always has been. Only complaint is transportation appears to be backed up. Don’t know if short staffed or just busy as I waited easily 45 minutes for return to room. I was brought down by an ultrasound technician because of over an hour wait to go to procedure. I thought that was really nice on her part. ,

Anyone that knows me is well-aware that I HATE hospitals, but if you have to stay due to health reasons, this is the one to be at! Edwards in Naperville has the most caring staff that truly makes any patient feel welcomed! The doctors, nurses, and techs are all highly attentive 24/7! If you need something in the middle of the night, they’re there for you! They listen and find solutions to the health problems that you’re experiencing. For me personally, they handled multiple symptoms I was going through. Edwards Hospital is the best!!!! Even after my discharge, the nursing managers still check up to see how I’m doing. Enough kind words cannot be expressed about the entire staff!

I cannot say enough about this hospital. The Doctors, nursing staff and all of the people there are amazing. My Son was having difficulty breathing and fevers as well. When we arrived in the ER at Edward, they acted very quickly and were able to admit him pretty fast. He was diagnosed with double pneumonia and was in septic shock! Ultimately, the Doctors found the cause was a rare bacterial infection found in younger adults. The staff was so supportive and the care and treatment was first class. Thank you Edward staff, God bless you guys.
