So far so good. In the ED, have been taken care of by the staff, provided food and tests have been processed, scans ordered and it's only been 2 hours since arriving here. Happy about the care and feel good and confident about the care provided.

I had a outpatient procedure done at this hospital preformed by Dr.Balxi. Everyone was very friendly and greeted you. The lady who checked me was so nice, then the nurse who walked me into the back greeted me with a smile. I had a nurse who prepped me for surgery she was so nice the nervousness I felt about the surgery went away. Everyone was so helpful. Great bedside manor and customer service.

Everyone from the ER to the nursing units was very helpful and empathetic. Treated me with respect and had compassion. All meds delivered and given as ordered And explained Physicians, PA’s, NP explained everything to me. All questions were answered. I would not hesitate to go there again if needed.

The hospital staff, nurses, and doctors were all very kind. I should mention we were not in the ER we were transferred from another hospital. The cafeteria food was really good as well. We were very impressed with this hospital and appreciated their care for our son.

5 stars for the staff and nurse who took care of my dad while he was there. 1 to 0 star for the lady in the reception, not very pleasant and friendly. Its like im bothering her. I encounter her twice when i visit, still the same. Kinda cranky. It is also helpful if you can post in the website the visitors under 12 yo arent allowed because this rule is only posted in the building. And i think needs improvement in the signs(directions inside the building) bec i can get lost there.

Part of my instructions to prepare for surgery included excluding my daily blood pressure medication, which wasn't needed! I was administered a healthy dose of Veronica in Surgical Services, which managed my blood pressure, hunger, and any discomfort I was feeling just fine! She made me laugh until my stomach and cheeks hurt. Veronica is very genuine and has an undeniable light in her that is so bright it could only have been placed there by God. She is naturally hilarious without trying, is a clear expert in her work, and has the bedside manner of a saint - or your favorite aunt; you choose. Some people "do more" to deliberately set the tone of the whole experience.

Anytime I've had the unfortunate experience of going to Doctor's Hospital, my experience hasn't been bad. The wait was of an acceptable period, the staff was courteous, at minimum; and provided care which fully addressed the concerns of the moment. The one "knock" I would give them is, the hospital could use some updating in the waiting area especially. Otherwise, they have plenty of private rooms, the staff is very nice and eager to help. Most importantly, involving the recent stay of a family member, my family all felt the hospital did NOT seem to ever be short staffed at any point, hospital was very clean, and they seemed more concerned about ensuring my family member got the care needed (which they did get) vs. discharging them. Matter fact, now I'm upping my rating to 5 once I think about all this.
