Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital

My child needed stitches and the staff was understanding, patient, and amazing. The ER doctor was awesome. Thank you all for giving my child the best and needed care. The nurses and doctors care, friendly, and very helpful. I was worried because it wasn't pediatrics, but this was close to our house. And stated above they gave my child the best care.

My husband fell at home and hurt his foot. Our son took him to the ER to be checked. After a wait his foot was X-rayed finding broken toes and a bad injury to his heel. He was fitted with a boot shoe and released. My husband and Son were very pleased with the care received.

I was absolutely shocked by how friendly everyone at this facility was! The wait time wasn't bad at all, and the nurses/medical assistants were all lovely (with the exception of one person, but even she wasn't the worst). Even the front desk ladies were polite. There wasn't much they could do for what I went in for but they made sure to listen to all my concerns! Thanks for a great first time visit!!

My 3 year old injured her arm and we were seen fairly quick. We had interactions with quiet a few different staff members, from the nurses to xray technicians and Dr. John, everyone was friendly and helpful. They each saw she was upset and made my daughter feel very comfortable with the way everyone took the time to be gentle but thorough with each parts of their jobs. As any ER you should expect to take a while but I felt everything was done as quickly as possible while still keeping other patients being taken care of. I saw patients with colds take about 20 mins to be seen and discharged. I truly appreciate the great job the staff did with us! Truly made a scary experience much less stressful. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service by all staff, very personable and professional. We are from out of town and look up the reviews which was helpful in selecting this ER. Upon arrival we were quickly attended to with little wait and with warm greeting. The facility is new and clean. Our doctor and nurse were very attentive and informative with treating a severe allergic reaction. The admission paperwork was quick and easy. Overall, highly recommend this ER.

My cousin had a breathing problem, and we were near St. Rose Dominican and I took him to an emergency room and I am very grateful because the doctors treated me quickly, they are very friendly once again, thank you very much.
