I love this hospital. Great patient service. Nurses are very patient and polite. My nurse was always there when I needed, also answered all my questions. Gave me feedback from my doctors. Thank you Aida z or c and Helen on 9th floor.I never felt alone. God bless!

I was a patient at California Hospital today. I was totally stunned by the overall care and professionalism. The level of care and concern was evident whether it was dealing with security or the professional staff.

The entire hospital staff was very organized and caring during my visit to get an upper endoscopy by Dr. Kim. Dr Kim was very gentle with his words and concern. The nurses made sure to communicate each step throughout the process, so I was more at ease. Thanks! Good customer service makes a difference!

I don't like visiting my regular clinic so I very much disliked being in the hospital but Nurse Rolando has to be the best if not one of the best ones on the 9th floor or in the whole Hospital. He was always making sure I was doing good giving me information about my health giving me paper info to take home for myself & to help my family. As I said I dislike clinics/hospitals but I would not mind it if the staff was/is as attentive as Nurse Rolando is...
