I was there on 12/20 following a skiing injury. Dr. Marsan quickly diagnosed a distal fibula fracture as well as a ligamentous injury and suggested that I would require non emergent surgery. I contacted an orthopedist from my hometown who agreed. I found everyone in the emergency room to be courteous and professional. Overall, excellent experience.

Copley staff are awesome. Every person I've encountered over the last year for 3 surgeries has been so kind, compassionate and attentive. It's an awesome hospital because the staff are all incredibly awesome! Special shout out to Angela in post op, who was my nurse and made me feel as though I was the most important person there. She and several other nurses whose names I didn't get took excellent care of me as well as my pre op nurse! (I think maybe Jamie?) Many many thanks!! Appreciate you all and you do daily for our community!

Amazing care! ER docs and nurses were very caring, explained everything, went above and beyond. Even gave me a cell number in case I had issues after being discharged. I live in Florida and I assure you that would never happen!

Wow. Just finished sitting with my son through surgery to reattach a torn ligament in his thumb (skiing injury). Dr. McLaughlin, nurse Julie, nurse Brian and every staff member I encountered along the way was super professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was his first experience with surgery and it was the best care I could possibly wish for. Bravo!

On 6/21/2021 I went to the ER in the middle of the night with severe abdominal pain.. I wound up needing an emergency bowel resection, and spending 5 days in the hospital. I received excellent care from Dr Patrick H. ER doctor, and all the ER staff. My surgeon, Dr Donald D. was top notch, as were all the other physicians and nursing staff who took great care of me throughout my stay. I highly recommend Copley Hospital.

My husband rode a motorcycle today.... On January 8th, he broke his tibia and fibula skiing and needed surgery at your hospital. I thought that one of the only positives to come out of this, was that at least I didn't have to worry about him on a motorcycle this year. Unfortunately, the surgeon did a great job and today just 2 months later, he rode his motorcycle! Huge thank you to all of the nurses and staff who cared for him as well, he was truly in the best hands.
