Where do I start...I had to call 911...they asked which hospital I'd prefer. After a horrendous emergency visit once at the Church St facility, I chose this hospital...the paramedics, the nurses in the ER, when I was admitted..room 1422, the ENTIRE staff, nurses, techs, were the most knowledgeable, patient, caring individuals....they treated me with respect and compassion and dignity. Doctors Schumann, Duke -may God continue to bless you with your knowledge and experience. Thank you ALL on my road to recovery 🙏🙏

Came in having contractions on January 27. Had c-section on January 30 and stayed in the Special Care Unit for 3 more days. All of my nurses were great. They were very helpful and always came when I rang the call bell. Baby is in ICU and her nurses are also great. Thanks to Chaplin Amanda for helping my family put together a memorial for my baby’s twin sister that we lost. She did an amazing job. Lactation lady, Milli, has also been amazing. She has helped me so much along the way. I dont like having favorites but Dave, in the NICU, is the Best! He is so gentle and kind. If you are looking for somewhere to have your baby and are high risk, please consider Cone! Thank you to all those that I came in contact with.

It really blows my mind how people can't understand that there isn't a hospital out there nowadays that doesn't have a long wait time due to COVID-19 and now the flu season. I do know that if you call ahead of time they'll tell you about how long of a wait. The reason I'm writing this is because they saved my life and I had a little wait but nothing like what everyone is experiencing now but once I got back there nothing but the best care was delivered and they absolutely treated me with respect and because of all that I kept the doctor's I had while I was hospitalized for 6 years now and wouldn't change a thing. Dr. Vincent is such a wonderful doctor and all the others I seen as well!!!

Had emergency surgery and the staff was so friendly and positive. They made me feel at home during an otherwise very uncomfortable time. I felt their care and compassion from the moment I was checked in!

My husband took my daughter to the ER with a broken arm and she was seen very quickly by many amazing nurses and doctors. One of the nurses even FaceTimed with me to let me know what was going on and answered questions I had. We had a wonderful experience here and I am so thankful they took such great care of my daughter.
We had a wonderful experience at this hospital. A family member needed emergency assistance twice in one week. The first time, we arrived at the ER we had zero wait! I couldn’t believe it they took him right back immediately! The nurses, doctors and staff were all so friendly and kind. The ER rooms were not the nicest, but they got the job done. The second time we rushed him to ER we had the same experience!! Went back immediately with no wait! I don’t think that’s luck! He ended up being admitted to the hospital, had a procedure done, and stayed for nearly a week unfortunately. The staff on 6 North were truly so amazing and helpful during and after our stay ! My family member was treated with care and had a wonderful week of recovery with doctors and nurses checking in constantly to make sure he was ok. Let’s not forget the great CNA’s and nurse techs on the floor. Even the cleaning crew were sunny and happy! The front desk girl, was a true blessing :) I’m so grateful for the staff of 6 North. If I could give this hospital 10 stars I would. Excellent care! By the way, the room he was taken to after the ER was super spacious, nice, and accommodating to visitors ! Excellent !
