I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with the work and attitude of the employees. I called them late at night (they work 24/7) about the quick covid test I needed at 4am and my first contact with the hospital was an employee named Eloy. His knowledge of english and his good will in answering all my questions were more than excellent. Even when I got there and was received by nurse Margarita, her kindness and smile was noticeable. I definitely know which hospital I’m going to go to for help the next time I’m back in town.

I have just had surgery for a total knee replacement my experience in this hospital was amazing. All the staff I met were very professional and caring towards their patient. My recovery was very good as I felt so well supported.i would certainly recommend Santa Elena Hospital.

Excellent hospital, you get the help you need from the right persons. I my case it was Dr Soria. I was very lucky he was my doctor and i am very greatfull for all he has done for me. Also the nurses and other staff were very friendly and helped me everywhere they could. Thanks a lot Santa Elena Hospital

I ve been in the last month twice, for pneumology, and cardiology consultants, then a functional test, where I got a impressive feeling about their professionalism and their high standards delivered. Definitely highly recommend Hospital where they really take care of your health at all times.

I have had a New knee Operation in Santa elena in the past 6 weeks.Would just like to thank all of the Staff,From my Surgeon Dr Antino Guerrero Gutierrez wounderful Man .Theatre Staff to Ward Staff (nurses ) Night Staff,Day Staff,Cleaners ,Food Delivery ,Kitchens lovely food, .Last but not Least Administration staff .you made my Stay in your Hospital a Lovely Experience and kept me very Calm.You are all in my Prays . My experience at this hospital was wonderful. I had a laparoscopic surgery led by Dr Antonio Gonzalez and he did a great job. Dr. Senes was the referring GP, and he was actually present for my surgery and my follow up/discharge, so it was nice to have the continuity of a small hospital. The whole team was very kind and welcoming and I received great care. I had to stay one night and my husband was able to sleep in his own bed beside me. Most of the staff speak at least a bit of English. One of my nurses was British and the other spoke fluent English which is a godsend when you are stoned and in pain after surgery. I’ve had many trips to this hospital for diagnosis, testing (ultrasound, blood test, MRI) and follow-up appointments. It’s all gone quite smoothly. Test results were easy to access. If I needed help with translating they have an international team that came in to interpret for me. Of course it’s not the same as what I’m used to in Canada where language barrier isn’t a factor. It’s always going to be difficult navigating a new system, but overall things went well and I’ll certainly continue going to this hospital for future healthcare needs, and recommend. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. I found the reception process a bit stressful at times with long waits and lacking some signage in English, and I wish they had online booking like they do at other HM locations. But the outcome is what really matters most and I’m very satisfied.
