I started on Warfarin 6 months ago. I knew very little about this blood thinner. The Chronic Care facility was amazing. They explain the medication and guided me to what I should eat and what I shouldn’t. My many appointments were easy to schedule and they were ALWAYS on time. I liked that they called the day before to remind me of my upcoming appointment. The receptionist, Rachel, always had a smile on her face and I was amazed when I saw her doing a quick job of dusting the floor. I told her she had multi tasks talents. The clinic was always spotless. The nurses that tested my blood, were very efficient. They asked me questions and they answered all my questions. I felt like my total health was being closely watched. I’m happy to say I’m off of warfarin, but I will miss seeing all the wonderful people who work there. Their department should be commended for their exceptional care. Sincerely, Trudy Bordonaro

Care has been phenomenal, entire staff is very professional and highly motivated. As someone who absolutely hates hospitals, I was pleasantly surprised by the care I received during my stay there.

On Dec 17 2021 i was admitted with accute respiratory failure. The Dr.'s and staff were amazing. I can not say enough about the ICU staff during my 2.5 week stay. The night I was admitted before being put on the vent for observation there was a nurse who went above and beyond to comfort me. I would totally recommend this hospital for anything

Came to Marymount for a surgery today. I came from the west side of Cleveland. My husband, and I were both so blown away by how WONDERFUL everyone was on the surgical floor. The anesthesiologist was so personable and caring ❤️ and the nurses were wonderful too!! I am so thankful my surgery happened here at Marymount.

Today my wife had a procedure that ended up taking four hours. Not being from the area or not knowing any reputation regarding Marymount we were skeptical as to how everything would go and how we would be treated. Our doctor only does his surgery’s at this facility so there was no other choice. I’m glad to say and I can know completely understand why he elects this hospital for this work. The facility was very clean, the check in staff was very attentive and really gave a comforting feel. Every MD and nurse we came in contact with were absolutely AWESOME!! I wish I had all of their names to post on here and give a personal thank you too (Dr. Leedy, Stan and Patti, thank you!!). I understand experiences are different for everyone but the way we were treated was nothing less than excellent! So much so that our local hospitals don’t compare to the care that was provided. Thank you to the entire staff at Marymount, you made us feel at home!
