My friend and I were picked up and taken to a medical appointment in a Clarion Transport. Our driver was friendly, well-spoken, and prompt on the pick up and the return. He did not have a uniform. It made no difference to us. He was well dressed and his van was clean. Liz and I both thought that our driver, Derrick, made the trip fun and calming. No hassles for us.

I have used them several times and they are WONDERFUL. They have always been on time and the drivers have been kind and courteous doing all of the work that I previously had to do: pushing, carrying equipment, etc. Since doctor's appointments never seem to be on schedule, the return trip scheduling has sometimes been an issue on MY part, but they have been willing to work with me whether I request and earlier or later return. I will definitely be using them for all of my husband's appointments. They have been my lifesaver.

Everyone that I dealt with at Clarion were friendly and professional. Both of the ambulance employees took extremely good care of my 90 year old mother. The scheduling was easy, the driver was punctual, the ambulance was clean, and the prices were very fair. I plan to use this ambulance service again.
