Christus Bossier Emergency Hospital

I will never be going to WK again after finding out this ER exists. I had come in with severe kidney pain after a UTI, and discovered I had a kidney infection. The staff here was extremely kind, understanding, and patient with me. I was in excruciating pain, and they were very quick to get me into a room. They had gotten me blood work, and were patient with the fact I have a fear of needles. The nurse told me everything she was going to do and made the process extremely easy, and even cracked a few jokes along the way to lighten the mood. I would definitely recommend this ER to anyone, and I will be coming here anytime I have an emergency.

This was the best ER experience that i have ever had. The nurse,the Doctor and the staff were all so compassionate, professional and explained my condition in an understandable and human way. I felt safe and trusted everything they did. I'll never go to any other ER.

Thanks to Nurse Audrey, Dr. Davis, and the entire nursing/admitting staff at Christus ER Bossier City, my mom recently received the best medical attention. I am grateful beyond words that all of you took such great care of my mother, who has not even been for a check up in years. She got the treatment she needed and she is now feeling much, much better!! Thank you so much for your excellent work there at the hospital.

Honestly, this is my one of my favorite go to emergency room when my little is not feeling well also known as the emergency spot to head to beat Willis Knighton emergency hospital's waiting area. My child and I had Dr. Lee and the nurse my little one was nice and innovative and we ended up watching television to keep the little one occupied, while parent is waiting to be seen by the Dr. We had a great X-ray tech as well, helped my child forget she was actually in an emergency room.

My little girl had a terrible UTI infection and the staff took her urine that I got her to pee in at home while she was comfortable and had did a full check up on her. Plus the nurses and staff were so nice and we hardly waited at all to get seen. I would definitely go here again!

Amazing. Just had the worst experience(again) at WK in Bossier, and the clinic was closed today. We tried here as a last resort to get help, and thank God we did. They took my bf back almost as soon as he had checked in, they ran several tests and administered pain meds. Turns out he could actually be having some serious issues, so it's great that they took him seriously and got him taken care of. My bf said the doctor was very nice as well, so that is really great. If you're ever in a pinch, need to get seen ASAP and want great service, this is definitely a good place to go.

I went to the ER last night with pain in my chest back and abdomen and was pretty scared by it. I had to come here and say that Ive never been treated more human by an emergency room Dr in my life. Even though nothing was found she was genuinely concerned and checked everything she possibly could. She didnt treat me like a number and for that during a scary moment I cant be more thankful. I honestly wont ever forget this experience. I felt so bad that nothing showed on the scans, i felt like i wasted everyones time there for something that mightve just been a coincidence of endometriosis back pain and stress induced chest pain. I told her (Dr Maria Dominguez, female) thank you so much for thoroughly checking and she said "its not just being thorough its necessary, and you deserve it" i cried on the drive home in gratitude for how kind she was to me. I honestly wont ever ever forget that. If she sees this : thank you for your genuine care, it meant more than you know.
