Chi St. Alexius Health Williston

I had the best experience here giving birth to my second born. My first was out of state and compared to this hospital, I felt very well cared for throughout my whole stay. Induction- Dr. Teuma and Dr. Kadum we’re on call. Staff in labor and delivery were very caring and on top of not only preparing everything but making sure I was aware of what was going on. They explained the what, why where and how with every step of the induction and recovery. - Nurses were very caring and kind to me. - Delivery was smooth and after taking care of me and my son they gave me alone time to bond with him. I never had that with my first (born out of state). - Postpartum Nurses were really attentive. Even if they didn’t want to be lol they did an amazing job still caring for me while they were short staffed and working longer hours. Nurses made sure I was helped to and from the rest room until I was able to feel my legs again( epidural) and regain my strength. - Nurses monitored and watched my baby for me so I could get some rest( very much needed). I left the hospital refreshed and well rested. - With certain concerns regarding my sons health, Drs on call made sure to check and get my son immediate care. At Discharge we left with a very healthy baby. - I would highly recommend this labor and delivery 100%. 10/10 best experience ever.

I had an excellent experience here when I had my son, everyone here was kind to me, I felt at home, the nurses, the doctors, they were all very helpful, the building and the bathrooms are very clean, I take all that to my heart .

Ridiculous, worst care ever. Spouse died 02/11/23. Cancer patient, ok. Dr McCoy cold as ice, just wanted to move on, get it over with!! Today 03/08/23 no one has signed a death certificate. I can not get health insurance without, employer and financial issues. Numerous phone calls, blown off. No one cares. So, Dr McCoy is on vacay……..Really, death emotional, spiritual, financial. CHI could care less. I do not think living in rural America deserves this. Pray for us living in Williston. 🙏

I have brought my little one here a few times but this last time was really good. My son had cut is finger pretty bad and it needed to be glued back together. Dr. Kyle and the nurses kept my little man happy and calm. They even talked him through what they were going to do EVEN though he's 3.

From Watford city, you have a chose from Dickinson or Williston. Checking reviews I was horrified to go to either hospital but when I called both explaining my symptoms and so forth I new CHI Williston would be the one. Having same day surgery can sometimes be scary. The staff at CHI made sure I was fully prepared before coming in and even called me before there 4pm time slot they usually call. Going in that morning I was NOT fond of the reception, I thought to myself is this gonna be my hole experience? I gave it a shot anyway and I’m glad I did. The nurses and surgery staff were amazing! Not to mention they make sure your hour drive home right after surgery is smooth. Sent me home with what I needed and a jug of water made me feel so comfortable. They called about a day or two after asking how everything was going and even sent a thank you card a few days after that. Let’s just say I was very impressed.

I had my repeat csection at this hospital and had a great experience. The anesthesiologists are absolutely amazing! I've had issues with epidural my first delivery and was very concerned about getting it again and one of the newer staff members ( I believe his name was Mark he was a new CRNA who started at CHI the morning I had csection) came to talk to me before the surgery and explained step by step his process of administering a spinal block anesthesia, which put me at ease and it helped me understand the process better and not freak out as much haha :) thank you for that! He was so friendly and knowledgeable definitely helped me a lot to calm down before the surgery!
