I sent my sister to a&e and there was some waiting time (as expected). The staff and nurses were kind and patient. However what I found disturbing was the way one of the sisters talked to her staff which was rude and tbh I felt bad for the staff. I was told her name is Mayuri or Mayuni. She seemed like their superior. I wish Cgh would look into how their higher ups treat their staff, mutual respect regardless of position. I wouldn't be happy if my child were to work there and being treated less than a human. Other than that, the a&e visit was smooth and efficient

A&E super efficient super fast for my relative's admission for stroke Within 45 min of arrival, MRI and X-ray completed Doctor also updated very fast Two thumbs up However for non-emergency cases, there is usually a long queue It's not their fault though Really appreciate having seen the way the A&E was really meant to operate and sense of urgency in a priority case Keep it up!!!

Staff here are approachable and put in effort to serve my dad and I from A&E to ward admission. We saw 2 doctors throughout the process and they are both helpful. After that the specialist doctor also responsibly call me to explain procedure details. In the middle of the night I called the hotline to because I worry my dad is not given any refreshments and will go hungry. I’m surprised that my call is picked up in a a min or 2. The operator seems trained to put me at ease. This is 2024 and despite the perception that CGH is not as great as other Govt hospitals, I think they deserve a chance to be proven wrong.

The review looks bad here, but ! I came to visit a relative , the nurses have a heart. The place is good. Everything is ran smoothly, of course we understand the limitations , so we make a better review, that is fair. Everyone is just trying their best in this current enironment

Arrived A&E at around 10:07pm on Wed. Registration was fast, and waiting time is acceptable too. Dr Thomas was very professional, upon consultation he even go the extra mile to seek another senior Dr on my case before advising me to go for X-ray just in case we missed out smth impt. Thank god nothing serious and was discharged by 1am. From registration to medication was swift. Thank you CGH
