Thanks to all the human team that you are. To the 7th floor in particular. My mother was hospitalized for 3 weeks, the support, affection, smile and all the necessary tests were not lacking. And I believe that at certain ages this treatment is an important part of a good recovery. Thank you and thank you for this hospital.

Excellent treatment, and professionalism, especially from the internship staff. The facilities, although new, are sometimes very small. At specific times, more staff are needed, because they are overwhelmed and that makes some impatient patients complain about the waits. More investment in healthcare is necessary from the government.

There are good and bad things in this hospital. But I do not see very normal that in the corridors of the plants. The staff who are working on voices to talk to each other. There are patients of all kinds and I don't think they have to put up with such loud voices. They have enough with the disease, operation or whatever. It would not be bad to control this issue. Thank you.

I have two experiences to comment on. One was in November 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I have to refer to the doctor at the Ería outpatient clinic, who after a telephone consultation, after listing my symptoms, ordered me to go to her office and immediately referred me to the Huca emergency room, Raquel. Pravia, I think that's her name, I owe her my life, because it was a perforated appendicitis. I was hospitalized for 10 days and except for two doctors that I don't want to remember, from the assistants to the doctor who operated on me to the nurses, I only remember treatment that was not only kind, but also affectionate. The last experience began on Thursday with a fall and a blow to the head that caused shock. I was there for a little more than 24 hours, all kinds of tests were performed and all the staff who treated me were very attentive and cordial.
