I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or what but I've given birth here and had the most amazing experience with all the staff and the room itself. And just now I had to visit the ER for the first time for my son and we were seen immediately, the staff was so kind and understanding. Reassured us and gave us all the options we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least since the hospital has such a low rating.. I was nervous but had no other option and I'm happy we did. Everyone from the nurses, to the doctor, to the gentleman at the front desk, they were all nothing but helpful and kind.

We have had nothing but fantastic care here. Brought my wife in and emergency staff were terrific and the facility is great. She was transferred to a room upstairs and has been here 4 days and her treatment has been stellar. The place is quiet and peaceful. We are grateful this place is here. A jewel in the desert.

Our experience was very good. Probably the smoothest labor and delivery we've had since being in AZ. The RN were so nice and sweet to my wife and baby. Also Dr. Dana was super amazing and she made us feel comfortable and safe. Really appreciate everything that was done definitely deserves 5 stars

I am here to give a review for the surgery team at Canyon Vista hospital… Jessica and Amelia.. were the first part of the team I had the pleasure of encountering.. those nurses are really great people. They did their job in a quick and timely manner… very experienced young ladies, along with the rest of the surgical team.. I cannot thank you enough for how well you treated me and cared for me .. before & after my surgery… in and out in no time at all, I was so amazed how quickly everything went.. so I am giving them five stars.. they deserve it!! So thank you so very much

Went to see Dr Molina on Monday. Fast and efficient check-in, he came right in the room, and seemed very caring. His MA got me scheduled for a follow-up, and ortho referral, and lab work orders less than 5 minutes after Dr Molina left the room. Was in and out in no more than 40 minutes, but got all my questions answered and felt the whole team cared.
To be completely honest most times I've been to the ER it has been a terrible experience. Always rushed and not listened to. But when I took my infant in the evening of 7/25/2023 I was pleasantly surprised by her nurse Alyssa and Dr. Murry or Murphy (it was a crazy evening I can't remember his name) they were amazing. Very informative and personable. Wonderful bedside manner as well. They really took their time to get to know my child and genuinely cared for her. They took their time to give us an accurate diagnosis. They were kind and understanding of her needs. Best experience I've had at this hospital in a long time.
