As compassionate professionals, their primary focus is on delivering the highest quality emergency medicine, specialty care, and training to their providers and communities. Being an authorized American Heart Association Training Center for CPR and First Aid, they provide classes for the general public, along with "BLS" training tailored for healthcare providers. In 2017, the State of Vermont and the American Heart Association acknowledged their efforts, resulting in St. Johnsbury being awarded a HEARTSafe Community designation.
