Cabot Emergency Hospital

Been here twice and both times they treat me great. They have amazing drs, nurses, and staff that actually care and listen to you. They do everything they can and will answer any questions you have. They explain things the best they can and get you taken care of or send you where you need to go. Both times I have received amazing care and will go here in the future anytime I need emergency care.

Entered the F ER, and was greeted/they could tell I was in a lot of pain. I was stung by hornets multiple times. They took me back I was assessed. I was in treated . The staff including the nurse, and the doctor were very friendly and. Very compassionate towards my pain level.

Start to finish the our experience here was amazing! No wait, personable, informative, quick, thorough, accommodating, intuitive of our needs. Went over and above to make sure I (parent of patient) had a phone charger, drink, snacks, a comfortable spot to rest with blankets and pillows. They took the time to listen, explain, and take care of all of our needs. At discharge they gave us everything needed to set up follow up care including a disk of films taken so we didn't have the hassle of going through medical records transfers later. If it needed to be done they already had a plan and excuted it! Thank you for the comfort and excellent care during a scary experience.

I unexpectedly found myself in the ER today. The entire experience was very quick and efficient. The staff was compassionate and knowledgeable. The ER was equipped with everything necessary to diagnosis and treat. My experience there was exceptional.

10 out 10 recommend! Clean, efficient, fast and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to really talk to you and don’t make you feel rushed. Test and X-rays come back quickly. I will never use another ER again! This is my place! Highly recommend. Wish they took Medicaid so my wife and other family members can use them as well!

Front desk staff was welcoming. The nurse in was wonderful and helpful. The Doctor was kind, compassionate and calming for a minor injury that an urgent care could not handle. Highly recommend this facility!!

Incredible first experience. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I received an apology for the wait time....I was confused so they went on to explain that there's typically very short wait times. I'm used to waiting several hours at an er. I was blown away by how fast (even on what they called a very busy night) they were. Everyone was extremely courteous, thorough, and helpful. Will always bypass the local ER and choose Cabot Emergency Hospital.
