My wife fell and broke her wrist yesterday. She first went to the Billings Clinic in Bozeman, where upon visual inspection, was promptly told to go to the ER. Good on them! At the ER, Deb was admitted and made comfortable and the process to diagnose was started immediately. The whole team was fantastic! Thank you, to Dr. Martin, PA Melissa, nurse Rachael and the radiology staff for such superb care! You all made the best out of a bad day.

Just had my tubes tied and I had the MOST carring and considerate staff ever. Made me feel so much less nervous and ensured I was completely comfortable. Best first surgery expirience I could ever imagine.

I had to take my 2-year-old to the ER in November. The staff was so kind to him and made everything feel relaxed and not scary. He had such a good experience that even almost 2 months later, he still says things like “I love going to the hospital!” and asks if I can take him to the hospital as though it’s the park. As the parent, I felt like I was treated with respect and my concerns were taken seriously. I was really pleased with the plan of care and I was kept in-the-loop at every step.

I had a great experience last night when I had to take my 13 month old to the ER. As a first time mom and a very sick son the ER staff from checking in, to triage, to getting the room were so sweet and polite. They called his primary physician to get him in today as a follow up. Thank you for all that you do and helped a tired, very stressed mother!

I cannot say enough about this hospital. My husband was very ill when we came here. They admitted him to CCU and quickly ran tests to determine what was going on. If they had not gone above and beyond we would have been sent home only to have same issues at a later date. I truly believe they saved his life. Everyone here has been attentive and caring. Respiratory spent time watching and observing which led to some major issues and changes. Thank you staff for all you did for us.

The entire staff in the Emergency Department, along with Radiology are absolutely wonderful. While visiting the ER for something completely unrelated, the Radiologist and ER doc noticed something that subsequently brought me to a very early stage cancer diagnosis that can now be treated and likely cured. Without their thorough care and attention to detail, the outcome could have been very different. The entire staff, from reception, to nurses, lab, radiology techs, etc., were all very caring and professional. While I hope the need for the ER isn't part of anyone's future, I highly recommend this one if you need the care.

Being in construction for over 30 years I have had 117 stitches. Woke up in the back of an ambulance or an ER three times. Broken or fractured bones. Collapsed in a hospital parking lot covered in my own blood. This is by far the best hospital I’ve been put back together. I build mansions for billionaires. I wish I could name my nurse and doctor. I was a mess. They gave me excellent care and advice. If I get injured again hopefully I am able to tell them to take me there. I would plow through anything with my F250 to bring my baby grandkids there. My nurse. Kase. You are the man!

I just went to the Emergency Room in Bozeman and the male doctor did an amazing job. I had to go there because Livingston didn’t help me at all. The doctor there instantly figured out what was wrong with me, and actually cared for my well-being like any doctor should. The entire staff there was wonderful and i 100% recommend going here for anything!
