I must say that all of the medical staff that attended to me during my visit to the emergency room were fabulously nice and very professional.Wait time was extensive, but the emergency department was overrun with emergencies and required a long time; therefore, this an expected occurrence. The emergency room doctor, Dr. Dixon (?), was very much on top of my needs. Additionally, his “bedside” manner was beyond reproach and his very positive attitude and actions were refreshing.

I had an early morning procedure at Bon Secours MIH with Dr. El-Safidi on 06/27/2023. I was tired and not feeling very well. The nurses and techs were amazing! They were sweet and thoughtful. They treated me and each other with respect and and kindness. They made an otherwise unpleasant experience so much nicer. I especially appreciated the extra warm blankets. Even small acts of kindness can be so comforting. I want to thank Elaine, June, Chantel and Crystal. (Forgive me if I left anyone out!) I appreciate you all! Yours is a difficult job, but you do it to the glory of God. Thank you!

My mother had knee surgery today. Dr Snyder is just awesome! The whole experience was wonderful. Every employee there walks you to the place you are looking for. You can't get lost there. The staff and nurses in the surgery center were helpful, kind and attentive. The nurses in 2 south for room 204 were just the best around ! I wish I could really impart how great they were. They were so caring and attentive to my mother. The PT ladies were the sweetest I have ever seen! They were very upbeat and encouraging, just wonderful. Thank you so much for all your care today and God bless you all!

I was seen here for successful nasal surgery in late march. The staff is very competent and caring, and I couldn’t have found better care anywhere else. It’s likely that I’ll return again for other procedures/surgery in the near future.

I had an outpatient surgery today at MIH and the entire experience from the time I got there until the time I left was fantastic! The staff was not only professional, but very caring, empathetic and really listened to me. They explained everything that was going to happen before it happened and made me feel very comfortable. After my surgery I was in a lot of pain and they didn’t hesitate to let my surgeon know, so it could be taken care of. Not only that, but my surgeon, Dr. Douglas Leach checked in on me before and after his last surgery for the day. The nurses were absolutely amazing! I would recommend this hospital to anyone that needed to have a procedure done! 10/10 recommend!!

I delivered my baby here 3 weeks ago. I was so nervous because this was the first time Ive delivered a baby here. My other children were delivered at another hospital. When I tell you the staff here COMPLETELY exceeded all expectations. I mean from the admitting team to the friendly young gentleman that wheeled me to my car once I was discharged to go home. They followed all recommended guidelines of care for mom and newborn. The nurse that assisted with delivering my baby was so patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable with my care. Even room service was kind, from the women taking my food orders to the actual individuals delivering it. I wish I wouldve had my other children here as well. The only issue that I had was the size of the postpartum room. Its small but I only had 24 hours in the room so it was manageable and definitely didnt take away from the 5 stars. Everyone was completely amazing and I appreciate them all for making this experience a memorable one.
