I have had a great amount of ER visits here and am very satisfied with the care I've received here. The staff has saved my life numerous times and is always looking to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. They listen openly to my concerns and addreess them in ways that matter to me. They care about my urgent needs such as help with unbearable pain. They practice safe hygiene and cleanliness. The nurses are friendly and pleasant to communicate with. The doctors are knowledgeable and careful with treating my problems. This is an outstanding emergency room

I absolutely love this hospital, you have shown me so much compassion and not once let me go out the door feeling other then I can trust you with my health . You have taken my questions and my health seriously then the Pocatello hospital has in two years . I feel like I can have a sigh a relief now knowing I’m in the best hands with your cardiologist. I was a fortunate visitor to Bingham Memorial Hospital on March 28, 2023. I was injured and in need of some very unique and specialized care at the Emergency Room at the Hospital. I spent over eight hours in the Emergency Room being attended to and fixed up the best they could do that night. I then spent the next 3 months attending appointments at the Wound Clinic where the nurses are beautiful and talented and the PA-C Todd Gillespie is a wizard with magical powers that can heal the most stubborn and intense wounds I've ever heard of or seen.

I went in for a same day surgery and was immediately greeted by someone willing to help direct me to admissions. The lobby was very clean and tidy, and definitely felt welcoming. After I was checked in they also helped get me to the lab, and then to the surgery floor with very concise directions. Once I was upstairs I was roomed very quickly (these spaces were also very clean and well kept) and started meeting my surgical staff. My nurse, Regan, was a superstar with the IV, I didn't even feel it go in, not to mention she was so helpful in resolving some of my anxiety and post-op pain. The anesthesia team was stellar and took very good care of me. Post-op my pain was managed very swiftly and once I started coming out of the anesthesia my nurses were phenomenal in helping me around and getting ready to go. I saw Dr.Vanessa Cameron here and I can't recommend her enough. She was amazing from consult to surgery. Bingham memorial is definitely a great facility for same day procedures.

Staff were great. The Dr. Was thorough. I felt comfortable. They took care of me and for that, I am greatful. Thank you.
The doctors here are great. Both my wife and I have had procedures here, and they took great care of us. Everyone we have dealt with has been great. Very professional. Also, Dr. Schneider is the man.
