I just had the best experience a person could have at a hospital. I went in for a two hour infusion. My nurse Faraday RN is a true professional. She made me feel comfortable immediately. Throughout the procedure she answered all my questions very thoroughly. She put the IV in perfect the first time.(I usually have to get stuck 3-4 times to find what they are looking for) I know there are many good nurses out there. This happened to be my lucky day, and I got one of the best. Thank you Beaver Dam hospital for having her on your staff. Thank you very much Faraday.

First I have to say I was hesitant about the type of care we may have received based off these reviews but I will tell you that we received great care here. We are not from Wisconsin and were here to visit family. Our 17 month old son started feeling sick on our trip here and wasn't improving. So we Decided to take him to urgent care, and drove 45 min to get there because it was in network for our insurance. We were greeted by nice staff, we were taken to triage about 10 min after arriving and a nurse came in quickly. She was kind, prompt and knowledgeable especially with a pretty uncooperative 17 month old. Our Dr. Mary, was also great. She gave our son great care, prompt diagnosis and options on treatment to get him feeling better. They gave all all script options when it came to being late and from being out of town. Also at discharge she explained our care was under urgent care, so we'd be billed accordingly. (,for all those bad reviews that said they didn't know or got billed wrong, obviously we haven't seen our bill but at check out we paid or urgent care Co pay, not. Emergency), they wished us well, were very thorough and even gave my son a teddy bear at the end. It was all around a good experience and we spent about and hour and a half total there.

We were on vacation with our grandkids in Fox Lake when my grandson who's 20 started getting some symptoms that were concerning so we went to the ER at Beaver Dam Com Hosp. There was no wait & he was triaged right away. Next a PA came in & gave him a thorough exam and asked him lots of questions. After consulting with the dr on duty they determined he needed a CT scan. The CT was negative which ruled out the worst diagnosis. He was then treated for a migraine. With ibuprofen and LOTS of sleep he is doing great! A BIG thank you to a wonderful staff that treated him in the ER who were thorough and efficient.

Today, 12/9/2018 I went to urgent care with some apprehension as I had read many bad reviews about this Urgent Care facility. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by nice people and this continued throughout the entire time I was there. I believe I got a spot on diagnosis based on the symptoms I presented. The longest wait was for the lab results to be returned to the treating Dr. and PA. I would not hesitate to return here again.

Having spent the past few years battling multiple chronic illnesses, I am frequently in the emergency room for different reasons (anaphylaxis, crippling headaches, and complications following treatment at other hospitals are the most common causes for me personally). The ER staff (aside from 1-2 select nurses and a respiratory therapist) have been PHENOMENAL. They respect and treat me based on how I present, along with what they know works for me. They have impeccable bedside manner and for that alone I have gone 30 minutes out of my way if I have a new issue, as they understand my chronic pain versus something new to my case. They have saved my life several times, and have put up with my sometimes less than stellar attitude without missing a beat. While I can't speak for many of the other departments, other than radiology which is also great, I can say that they have one of the best emergency rooms around.

Doctor Correa and Nurse Amy, thank you. Both were very professional, kind, compassionate, understanding and listened well. They got to the bottom of everything and I received all the answers I needed for understanding what my child was going through. You two deserve recognition for your dedication to the public
