I would like to thanks the paramedics Karen and Casey for helping my mum on Tuesday 13th of June, around 3:30pm. My mum was traveling on the Pakenham line when she was about to get off the train at Narre Warren station when she tangled her feet in some shopping bags on the floor, she had a fall and hit her left shoulder, thanks also to Sally, the other passenger who helped my mum and called the ambulance because she was in so much pain and couldn't move her arm. Karen and Casey did a great job trying to make her confortable and transporting her to the nearest hospital. They are really beautiful people who can make a big difference when someone is in need. THANK YOU AGAIN
