I have gone to Baystate Wing Hospital for emergency care a few times. The first time was probably more than 10 years ago. My most recent having been on July 17, 2023. The care I've received in that hospital has consistently been the best! Everyone is professional, friendly and kind. The wait is appropriate with the amount of patients waiting. Generally, I get called quicker on average at this emergency room compared to any other emergency room I've ever been to!

I had a wonderful experience at Baystate Wing Hospital last Saturday July 8th 2023. My mom (83 yo) had fallen and needed stitches. We had a very reasonable wait time, she was cold in the waiting room and they gave her a heated blanket, and Demetri the ER doctor was amazing. He treated my mom with kindness, consideration and compassion. I can not say THANK YOU enough.

Wing helped me tremendously when I had a horrific migraine that required intravenous medication. My nurse Kelly was amazing and the doctor was just as amazing. The only problem I had was when a security guard came out and told me to get out of a wheelchair the Ware EMT's put me in, but he was very respectful about it so I didn't even bother to complain. Overall had a great experience.

Dr. Green AND HIS STAFF in pulmonology are absolutely the finest. Considerate, caring, professional and - importantly - GOOD LISTENERS! I could not receive better care, anywhere else.

Today was very rough for me. I woke up today with a lot of pain. I was very frustrated. I was very depressed as well. I needed to do some very important things today for myself that I couldn’t seem to do. Upon arrival, Liz helped me so much. She was so polite. She was so friendly. Her professionalism really made my day. I really think her. My depression was getting the best of me today but by talking and dealing with her I feel a little better. Thank you Liz

Took my dad to the ED today for possible blood clot. We got there at 10am he was taken in by 10:15. He had blood work, a bedside ultrasound, given a bag of IV antibiotics. And we were out of there by 2pm. We couldn't have asked for nicer people from the triage nurse, ER nurse, ultrasound tech, ED doctor and even a volunteer that helped me navigate to the cafe and back! Everyone was timely and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you everyone for all you do!
