My first time here for a blood test. The doors and registration counters were already open when I arrived at 7.30am. A shirt queue at the registration counter. After inquiring from a nurse, we were directed to room 6. There were already 12 patients ahead of me. The cleaner saw me holding my slip for a blood test and told me to put it in the basket at the door of room 6. If she didn't tell me, I would be sitting, waiting for my number to be called 😅 The first number for the day was called at exactly 7.48am. Very efficient! Kudos! I see many patients here were also very helpful. They help to direct those who do not know where to register and where to wait for their examination. My number was called at 8.23am. It took less than a minute for the experienced nurse to draw my blood 😃. She didn't even ask me to tighten my grib on the bar and she could locate my vein easily. (Comparing my previous experiences at Pathlab). Great experience. Thank you to all the hospital staff for your hard work! Keep it up!
