They don't only treat your physical illness but they also provide emotional support especially to patients like me who's from other country and no family with them. We had a great experience here. The nurses, CNA's, and doctors were all friendly and professional. The doctor even took the time to show us x-rays and explain what was happening. Being from out of town, we were not familiar with the area, and the nurses made sure we were taken care of with food and lodging. They helped make a bad situation a little better.

Emergency care and personnel were outstanding in their patience, friendliness and communication. Same for Critical Care Unit. They endeared themselves to us during our short stay!

While visiting in Juneau, I came in to the ER with an anaphylactic reaction underway. Staff, nurses and doctor all treated me in a very efficient and professional way. I received top-notch care while being treated. Before being discharged, doctor and nurses all made sure I had all I needed for follow up treatment.

I was very impressed by my two-night stay here -- the level of care I got was better than I've seen at any big-city hospital. The staff were nice and professional. Even the food was good!

They are very good about medical care,& there very courteous towards others, or patient's. They have a emergency room,& a souvenir shop,& a short stay area,& ALL KIND'S of things in it. Even a cafeteria. It's a very BIG,& spacious Hospital. Very friendly staff,& they're very eager to help you with whatever you need.

Great hospital with superbly kind and professional staff. Everyone I encountered - from the receptionist to the PA - was attentive and compassionate.
