I went to the ER having problems breathing and severe coughing. The young lady at the front desk who takes your information immediately sent me to the nurse before even asking for insurance information. She checked my vitals and seeing that they were good, they then took my information and took me to the back. I was hooked up to machines, and a IV put in, in record time.Tests were done blood was drawn, and the MRI was done in about 4 hours. I was then admitted for a upper respiratory infection and stayed for 2 nights. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The respiratory therapist was amazing and to the nurse who made me a cup of coffee exactly the way I like it, thank you so much.. I did have maybe 2 nurses that maybe were having a bad day or just plane snotty acting, but by the time they left my room they were smiling and nice. So even when were sick being kind to a nurse or medical worker can go a long way. Then, in my opinion a happy nurse will want to take real good care of you. And don't forget these medical personnel that work in the ER were on the front line for along time risking their lives when a scary and unknown sickness was going on. So be nice when you go to the hospital and be kind it could be the difference on how pleasant your stay is. Just saying. God bless.

My mom was brought there by ambulance a week and half out from spinal surgery. Come to find out she was severely dehydrated and of course was in a lot of pain from the surgery! I was extremely thankful for the ER nurse Alexis who was compassionate and caring right away for my mom. All her tests were done so quickly that night and again, everyone was so kind. She was admitted for 3 days and she received better care from everyone than the hospital where she was at for her after surgery care! I know hospitals are so busy and see so many patients but everyone who took care of her was kind, supportive, caring and just wanted her to be comfortable! I can’t thank them all enough! Thank you!!!!

I've had excellent service at Banner Goldfield hospital emergency room. All the nurses and staff and doctors have always treated me with respect and have always taken care of. my issues. I have always been informed of anything that I've needed to follow up with. They have also explained any medication's if giving to me and how to take them and side effects.

I was so impressed with the service. But as important was their incredible sense of humor (tasteful). Every professional we came in contact with went far and above to make sure I was comfortable and informed at ever phase of my treatment, this is so important when you don't know what is going on with you. Awesome bunch.

This ER team is very professional and curtious to their patients. They listened to what I had to say and treated me accordingly and with respect. As a RN and a patient, I definitly recommend Banner Goldfield Medical Center and would not hesitate going there again if needed.

I had severe sciatica pain that ran from my lower back down both legs, it’s an ongoing issue, but when I get bad I have to seek an ER to relieve my pain. The last 2 visits the ER doctors treated me with simple, logical medicine without a holding pattern of x-rays & lab work & treated my symptoms with a Tordal shot. They also sent me home with lidocaine patches & a steroid pack. I was in & out within 2 hours.
