I Brought my toddler last night, I was in waiting room for less than 3 min, he was being treated within 10 min (or even less) and I was out heading home in about a hour....The Receptionist, Nurse, Doctor and Radiology(ist/tech) were all amazing to us, and explained everything so well...my copay for my insurance was 150, so I paid that and left......I've been multiple times here for me and my child and have never had a bad visit.

Great service, had to knock at their doors at 1AM midnight and all staff were very welcoming and addressed to our medical emergency in utmost professional way. Very happy!

They must have really improved since the reviews I saw. The nurses and doctors were all fantastic, took really good care of my husband. Found out that he had, had a stroke and ruptured eardrum, before they released him, unlike Memorial Hospital, who released him when he still couldn't walk, with out really even trying to get to the cause of his problems.

I want to start out by saying thank you to all of the staff for always delivering excellent service and care when I need it. Special mention to Lexi reed and her staff in the clinic for always getting me in ASAP when I need to come in, and also to Tocarra in the billing department for being so quick to provide assistance when I have questions! A+ service and care again and again!

The best hospital experience ever! I will never ever go to any other hospital in lake charles again! Every single person I came into contact with over there was absolutely amazing! Update 5/10/2022 well when I initially went they supposedly checked my insurance and that they were gonna pay that at 100%…well I just got a bill for over $1000. So much for it being paid for. If I knew it wasn’t going to be paid for I would’ve never done it.
The Receptionist ,Nurses,X-Ray Staff and Doctor was So Awesome. I can not brag on them enough for all of their concerns. We will definitely be going there from now own.
