Everyone from the front, to the techs, to the RN, to the PA were just so phenomenal. I had a work-related emergency and had to be seen. The man at the front desk and the nurse taking my vitals were incredibly friendly and efficient, and I was seen very quickly (within 10 minutes). I have incredibly high anxiety with doctors’ offices/needles/etc and the PA and RN made the experience so comfortable and actually fun! I’ve never written a review for anything but I felt so strongly about how wonderful things went. The RN was very patient with me and my nerves for the shot I needed, and it seriously felt like the most skillfully given vaccine I’ve gotten. The PA was so attentive, funny, and accommodating. I truly could not have asked for better staff to work with, even the pharmacist was super nice! I’m only upset that I don’t remember their names, I wish I could formally give them credit. I truly feel comfortable going here in the future.

The steps (check-in and prep.) leading up to the procedure were timely and flawless. My nurse Howard was awesome. He was personable, provided a clear and accurate description on what was going to happen, and was available all the way. Dr. Park was timely and clear on describing the procedure and his follow-up analysis of the procedure. The anastiethiaologist was great as well describing to a "T" the procedure and effects. Overall an absolute terrific experience.
