I was seen quickly in by the urgent care staff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor provided excellent easy to understand explanations for my condition. I would recommend this facility.

Had to stop in the er on our drive from three lakes Wisconsin back to Chicago on the 4th of July. We were helped the second we walked through the door. The front desk woman was beyond pleasant to us and made our check in very quick and easy. The doctor and nurses were top notch. Made me feel comfortable the entire time and continuously asked if I needed anything. We were in and out in as little time as possible. No waiting around for someone to give us test results or for more medication. In my 25 of life I’ve never had a better hospital experience.

Nurse Heather (for room #225 8/12/23,) is a life saver! She's beautiful inside and out. And Dr. Sean Ragonyi is Brillant.!! They're strict disciplined efforts saved my friends life! We love them both.

Staff is awesome and so helpful. Great teamwork always ready to jump in and help each other.

The staff and doctors were great having one of the employees bringing their daughter and put ahead of me after I've been sitting there for an hour I was not happy with that should not happen their situation was not life or death and no worse than my situation I give them a minus for that

I have had relatively good experiences with the staff and what the facility can do, being in a small town.
I was impressed with the treatment I recently was given at the Aspirus urgent care. The staff treated me promptly & explained the needed treatment in detail. Everyone was friendly & took time to listen to my concerns & answer my questions. Thank you for the great care you gave me that day. With the health care shortages I just want to tell you your appreciated!
