Why would anyone go anywhere else! I had knee surgery in April, and total knee replacement in early August. I had never spent the night in a hospital before, so I was very apprehensive. But it was fabulous! The hospital itself is beautiful, inviting, and obviously designed with focus on the patient experience. The staff— exceptional!!! Everyone I came in contact with made me feel like they really cared. And the food was delicious! I liked it so much on my first stay that I was actually looking forward to my surgery! I really can’t say enough good things about Seton Southwest!

Very efficient when we arrived to get us back to prepare for hip surgery. Everyone was extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome throughout the day and subsequent night. Night time nurses were constantly checking in and always had a smile and were so friendly.

This review is overdue but wanted to share. No one WANTS to be in a hospital. This was my first ever hospital stay and I was scared. The Dr, nurses, Clinical Assistants, the staff who served the meals, the cleaning staff were all Amazing. Friendly, helped me stay calm, made me laugh. I felt all of them truly cared. In no order, thank you to Dr. Middaugh, Sherry, Kiana, Krystal, Lizza, Laura, Joanne, Belinda, Maggie ( or Margie? I am so sorry, she was the sweet nurse who brought me broth on a late Sunday night! ), Amanda. For a not fun situation, they made it so much easier for me. And the food was pretty good! This review is all staff/food related, pray for me when the bills come and hopefully the admin will work with me.

Wendy and Virginia were so awesome when taking care of me before/after my outpatient procedure. They had me laughing and kept me updated on what to expect and what to watch out for when I got home. Keep up the great work!

The team at Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital Rehab is amazing, all of them. They all get to know the patients, they find out who you are, not only medically, but also on a personal level. They’re always alert when you’re working out and they take time to clearly explain what it is they are seeing. Additionally, they take notes, do research, and reach out to your doctors to make sure that your doctors are aware of what they notice while you are in their care. I am so glad that I chose to go for rehab at Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital.
