I would just like to take a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation for the dedication , professionalism and kindness I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of at this hospital during my medical emergency.From the day I checked in via the ER on 07/28 until my discharge on 07/31 the entire staff made me feel very well taken care of. I have been living in another country for nearly 30 years where the medical care system is completely different from here. This is something that compounded my anxiety during my medical emergency and the doctors and nurses went well beyond their job descriptions by helping me be as relaxed and relieved as possible. I truly appreciate that. Big kudos to the staff on the 4th floor and the doctors who took care of me as well.Thank you!

I was in for a knee replacement on the 17th of March. I would like to give a shout out to the nursing staff that worked on my floor. Brian,Maria who worked the night shift we're fanominal. And Katie(Marge) lol and Esmy who took care of me on the dayshift were also great . I'm hopeful that everything works out for Brian who should be an inspiration to all nursing staff. Special thanks to Dr Parisi and his staff for a fanominal job. It was a tough day on Saturday but we're made it through. God bless you all and thanks again. I see lots of bad reviews and from what I have heard the hospital has a lot to work on. My comment is strictly projected at the 2nd floor which is the mosh. Everything thing that I have encountered up to and after my surgery was a good experience.

Had a scheduled colonoscopy today at 0630. From the front desk to exiting the building, I was treated like royalty. The normal "who are you, why are you here, any questions?" Was an actual dialog between intelligent people! Colonoscopy is a mundane, "just another day at the office type of thing" in most people's mind, but NOT with this team. Nicely done to all. Food! So, after 36 hrs without (and a wife that got no sleep either) we hit the Cafe....ikr? I was not happy, but she was hungry, and most hospital cafes are sludge, and wives win in the end. Not a wide selection (trust me, you don't want anything greasy)but it was a nice experience! Without exception, all were friendly, obviously cared about what they were doing, and obviously worked as a team. I've paid 4x more for an omelet that wasn't that good. Good dark roast coffee as well.

Without swift medical intervention from the staff at Ascension Franklin Hospital, I wouldn’t be here to write this glowing review. The entire medical team was professional, super compassionate and invaluably encouraging with my care. I highly recommend this hospital. (And the food presentation and quality was terrific).

I went here for an abdominal ultrasound today and Kelly B was my technician. She was very welcoming, warm and kind. She put any worries at ease and talked to me the entire time. It was a pleasant experience. Both receptionists I spoke to were helpful and courteous. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!

I had day surgery at Ascension in Franklin today. From the welcome at the reception desk to the wheelchair ride out, it was a perfect experience. My assigned nurse named Dorothy was so caring and kind, without being pushy or overwhelming. The hospital was immaculately clean and sanitized. I felt safe at all times. Thank you surgical staff and Dr Dei. You are all wonderful and amazing.💕

I went here couple of times, one for imaging and other for covid testing. Both the times there was no wait time. The check-in and actual appointment itself went fine. Glad that we have this closer to Franklin/ oakcreek location. The staff was friendly. It was easy to navigate the campus.
