One of the best ER experiences. No one likes to be in the hospital, but however when you’re feeling sick you want to be treated as soon as possible. This place is it. Waiting room was empty and very clean. The front desk staff was very polite and professional. The nurse and doctor were also very nice and polite. The room is clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and facility. Recently had a radical prostatectomy and my care was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I recently Had surgery at Elmbrook Hospital the stay was amazing! The doctors had such great bedside manner Dr. Dale Bauwens and Dr. Lieb ( Hospitalist) my nursing team Joey, Dan, Nicole, Priya was phenomenal they came with such great attitudes and work ethics. Joey went as far as to get me a more comfortable update Bec because he wanted me more comfortable!!! My nursing assistant was a great team as well! Jon, Cassietta, and Lakalea! I would like to send a Shout out to therapists Noah and his team they were great too! Thanks for such an incredible stay.

Elm Brook Hospital is truly Awesome 👏 My mom had a Heart Attack after St Luke’s sent her home after 24 Hours 😡 Cardiologist said she shouldn’t have been released! Really angers me that they released her and she ended up having a Heart Attack 24 hours later! Thank you Elm Brook Hospital for having a Cardiologist that cared and did just write her off 🤬

went to a different Ascension hospital and was ignored and treated badly. after i left there i came to the Ascension in Elmbrook.... they saw me very quickly, really listened and had genuine concern for the severity of my issue. I had emergancy surgery and was hospialitizef for 8 days.... while in my room i had a terrifing and very real, and painful time ahead of me. but every moment of it i felt safe and i felt that my nurses and doctors TRUELY and sincerely cared about me... The floor supervisor Tyrn ( forgive my spelling if its wrong ) was so genuinely kind and even down to the wonderful woman who would make sure my room stayed clean, were all so sweet and made sure i was taken care of and would even stay a few minuits and just have a small chat with me to make me more at ease.... if it had not been at the winding down of the pandemic i would have asked to give a big hug to each of them for saving my life.

Clearly going to an Emergency Room is anxiety producing for me; and the care I received was outstanding. My nurse, Dave treated me with patience & compassion and Dr. Merideth’s bedside manner was comforting as she worked diligently so “I could feel better.” I am grateful to Elmbrook for creating a culture of CARE; because I know during this uncertain time it would be so easy to be jaded. Thanks to these angels.
I have an elderly relative who has been admitted there several times over the last year. She was recently admitted for an oral infection. They did a great job to stabilize her condition. She wanted to leave early, against the advice of the doctor. We were prepared to take her home. The doctor came by and just wanted to make sure she was completely understanding his concerns. He was very patient and did a great job to explain that the final decision to stay/go was her's. She appreciated his calm and rational explanation for the additional night.
