The entire staff from the beginning to the end were excellent. The night I came into the ER, it was extremely crazy busy. Props to the employees that work ER. Once admitted, the nurses, aides and any additional staff that I came into contact with were very friendly, very polite. The only thing I can say negative is you need to update the mattresses /pillows. Very uncomfortable with somebody who already has issues with their back.

My stay was comfortable and I always had all my questions answered. They was very attentive to my needs and my child. My room was clean and all the staff was professional and caring. Dr. Miller, Dr Hasaba, Dr Roth was an amazing doctors. Nursing staff was good came every time I pushed for help. The food was great and I just enjoyed being there.

Nurses were amazing! I had Valerie and Brittany for my labor delivery nursing team! They took amazing care of me and kept me relaxed. Dr. Marras was amazing as well! I appreciate all that she does as a Dr and a human being!

Very professional Doctors, RN, NP, and admin staff. As for the kitchen meals they are very good for hospital meals, EXCEPT, all of my meals always had something missing or stuff I dud not order. Then the day I was discharged we had to wait a long period of time for the wheel chair to have me taken down to the entrance of 45 minutes. There us no reason that on the day patient's should have to wait more than 10 - 15 mins to just get from the room to the entrance in order to go home.

The quality of care is great everyone in the hospital were kind and positive this is my third spinal surgery so i was i bit scared and a jerk when surgery got set back for someone more serious. Dr soo is a great surgeon and has given me another chance i will always owe him my abilities to walk again. I also owe him an apology for my impatience it was disrespectful on my part.but they still treated me like i was in a 5 star hotel. Can't thank you enough

The nursing staff and Father Livingston the room and even the food were amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. It’s tough to go through pain but they made it not only tolerable and almost enjoyable.
In June, I had extensive back surgery at the Ascension Southfield hospital. The care and attentiveness were exemplary; doctors, nurses, aides and therapists were all friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Specific post-op instructions given for home care were direct and precise. A special thank you to my neurosurgeon, Dr. Clifford Houseman, for thoroughly explaining my procedure and what to expect afterwards. I highly recommend him for head, neck and back issues!
