    Jessica Scoggin, one of the nurses, was amazing with us. While my mother in law was in the ER she was very considerate of my husband and his siblings. There was great communication among the staff and she took extra effort to make sure we were treated like family. She’s definitely a keeper! I hope she knows how the Mendoza family feels about our incredible experience

    Love this hospital and I love the health care providers that take care of my family regularly! Thank you to Dr. Salgado, Michael Parr, DNP, Matt Kaiser, PA, Drs. Baca, Sr. and Jr., and the most excellent nursing staff!! We’ve visited the ER in the middle of the night, we were checked in quickly and efficiently, had lab tests and CT scans and then appropriately cared for by all departments. Driving from Roswell is not a problem ever!!! They are the BEST!!

    The weekend group is awesome. I had my husband in one day and my mom the next day. Dr Baca, Katie, Mercedes, the two that checked us in were all fantastic. Great quality care and very concerned and kind to my family. Thank you for making it a better experience!

    Last night, I went to the ER at Artesia General Hospital with severe abdominal pain and all I can say is everyone I encountered from registration to discharge was professional and very helpful. Liz, my nurse was very attentive and helpful, and Dr. Camille Doan took excellent care of me! They were very busy, last night, but I felt like I was their only patient. I was checked on and responded to immediately if I needed anything. Even HC, House Supervisor, checked on me a number of times! So many departments came to help take care of me and I wish I remembered everyone’s name in the nursing staff, the lab, and radiology. Excellent care from everyone and I’m thankful beyond measure!

    okay idk why there’s so many bad reviews but i guess everyone experiences things differently? went yesterday for surgery and everyone was super nice, supportive, and helpful. went in incredibly anxious but because the doctor in training (steve) and the nurses were so nice and supportive they really helped me in not having a panic attack. love this hospital 10/10 would go back again lol

    A world-class facility with one the best medical teams in the country! Dr. Parvez and other staff Dr. Lopez and Dr. Dixon are highly skilled.I had a perfect experience with my surgery coming from out of state! Great results immediately.I will always recommend your facility and myself entrust your skilled medical services to my loved ones, family, and whomever needs medical care within your scope of expertise. The other specialist in urology made himself available at a moment's notice and was amazing in the team planning . Thank you for accepting me as a surgical candidate and bringing relief to my medical condition. 5 days post-op! Forever greatful, Jim Hernandez. Kansas City Missouri.
