My 4 year old had an allergic reaction to something and broke out in extreme hives over the weekend. After trying home interventions with little success, I took her to AZ General on McQueen in Chandler for help. Our butts never hit the seat in the waiting room before Alyssa was bringing us back into a patient room to be seen by the doctor. As we are walking to the room and I am explaining the situation, Dr. David joins us and listens in so I don't have to explain multiple times what is going on. Within minutes, they are giving her steroids, Benadryl, and handing me our discharge papers and telling me where to go to pick up additional medication for the upcoming days. I have never been moved so fast and efficiently thru an emergency room visit, and I am grateful that that night was the night it happened because my daughter was so uncomfortable and itchy by that point and we both just wanted relief for her. I have always had great experiences at this location, but Sunday night was definitely one for the books. Thanks to the medical staff for making this happen!

You never WANT to go to the emergency room, but if you do have to, it’s nice to know that there are places out there like this one. Everyone was friendly and courteous. They checked in with us frequently to ensure that we were comfortable. The doctor and the nurses were very knowledgeable and left us feeling like we were in good hands.

All of the staff at this location were extremely nice and I was given a bed almost immediately. Dr. Heidenreich was fantastic. Great bed side humor and explained everything clearly.

This facility is amazing. From reception to MD, with every nurse and tech in between.. they make you feel so cared for and safe in your time of distress. It’s a wonderful and rare thing. Physician Jack David was so comforting and thorough in his examination to figure out what was going on with me today. I felt confident that I was leaving with a correct diagnosis and treatment plan for recovery. Life is stressful, and nobody plans on having an emergency or becoming ill of any type. So feeling taken care of in your time of need is such a blessing and I highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience, my husband thought he sprained his ankle but it was actually fractured. After Sabrina did xrays, Dr. Hedenreich was in explaining in great detail what bone was fractured. Nurse Randi and Nurse Moni were both kind and very concerned. Showing how the boot fit, and explaining thoroughly. One of the best walkins we have experienced!
Probably the best ER experience. Jessica at the front desk was friendly and informative. Nurse Belinda was warm, understanding, and answered our questions in a kind manner. Dr. Jack David was great! He was gentle with my wound and explained everything that he was doing. My parents were in the room with me and Dr david and nurse Belinda were patient and kind in answering the questions they had too. This is the only place I’ll recommend!
