Arizona General Hospital

I've come here a couple times- twice for stomach problems, for a broken wrist, and tonight for a knee injury. Every time, the doctors, nurses, and other staff have been amazing. Specifically tonight, the doctor on staff (3/31/2023) sat me down and explained exactly how my knee would have been hurt, and how it's ok. His down-to-earth explanation calmed my anxiety over it almost instantly. I then had a great conversation with the nurse about Star Wars! In previous visits, again, nothing but kindness, even when they were booked to the brim. Love dealing with them, even if I wish I wasn't there for obvious reasons, haha.

Absolutely Amazing experience I have never had before in my life! There was not much wait time, I was not stuck in a room and forgot about. Total time was approximately 1 1/2 hour in and out. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Nurse Rachel, quick , efficient, yet thorough. Dr. Wilson was absolutely the best doctor, he did not rush through, explained everything completely and was just overall pleasant! I wish he could be my primary care doc. I highly recommend Dignity Health at this location!

I have been to this location several times and each time I had a wonderful experience. The front staff is very nice and helpful. Also, I have nothing but great things to say about the nurses, doctors, as well as any other medical staff. Lastly, I would like to mention that I have always had a reasonable wait time. No complaints at all. Thank you for providing awesome service on a consistent basis!

I walked into the waiting room I was in the waiting-room less than 10 minutes the staff was amazing the doctors were amazing and I'm so happy that I decided to go there

I have never been here myself but 3 of my children have. 2 of my adult children i have dropped off and they called me within 45 minutes they were in out seen and diagnosed all in that time frame. I just took my youngest there on Wednesday 9/28/2022 evening. It was really busy. We still got in within 45 minutes i believe they took her vitals and even though they didnt have any available rooms the DR took a look and was able to diagnose while in the hall it was awesome. Was in n out in what felt like an hour...if i had gone to regular emergency id probably still be waiting.
