I cannot express how much I had a great experience at the emergency room tonight. My 13-year-old daughter was injured and was intended too, with such a great amazing staff from the front desk receptionist to the nurses The x-ray tech and the doctor everything was very Pleasant and taking care of quickly we were treated with kindness and respect I appreciate that immensely thank you.

My husband was checked in quickly. Luckily we had very little wait time for him to be brought back and be seen by the doc. He appreciated the doctor giving him options as to what kind of tests he could offer as well as pain medication options. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism! Especially appreciated the follow-up phone call by the nurse the next day.

I brought my son here this morning. The staff was all amazing, the physician the nurse lead the front desk. They got us in super fast and we’re accommodating and sweet to my son. Even on a Christmas Eve when they could be home with their families. I am forever grateful for dignity and the kindness and warmness they offer whenever we have an emergency in my family.

Put simply, they are a tremendous asset for our area. Much less busy then Mercy (which is also a great Hospital). You don't spend the 1st hours in the waiting room and they do "hospital stuff" like a CAT scan and all the tests quickly! We got lucky with them and I should probably just keep it our secret but they were a perfect service between the Urgent Care and the larger "overnight" hospital.

There are not enough words to describe the wonderful staff here. We had to bring our son in 2x and both times, each team of doctors and nurses, radiology, admin etc provided the best care. Would definitely like to give a big thank you to RN Michelle who we happened to see both times. She has a way of connecting with children and parents to make them feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help our son. Thank you to the staff, you are all appreciated!
This was a nice facility and I was waiting in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes before being called back. The doctor and nurses were really nice and I felt comfortable there while getting some tests done and waiting for the results. For an emergency room on a Sunday afternoon, I was in and out of there pretty quickly.
