Two of my children combined have had over 15 ambulance rides - one child has had 3 to 4 helicopter rides. I have personally made over 100 phone calls to providers and another 100 phone calls to my insurance company - so when I comment you can believe I have some experience. My insurance company is basically trying to strong arm and weasel their way out of paying the full price for the ambulance ride (not going into details on how they are doing it). I believe Apex is an independent provider trying to build a respectable business - tough to do when major insurance companies are taking your profits. Thank you Apex for standing your ground. Two of my children combined have had over 15 ambulance rides - one child has had 3 to 4 helicopter rides.
