Was there on 5-15-23 for surgery. Dr. Bridges, nurses & staff were very professional and caring. The only problem I encountered was at main desk. The lady did not seem to believe that I had been called and asked to arrive early. She ask unnecessary questions.

I recently did two sleep apnea tests at this facility. From the time I was checked in through the ER until the time of my discharge the next morning, I was treated with respect, kindness and given much attention. Everyone was friendly including the police who were providing security. Going in at 8 pm and leaving early the following morning was one of my concerns since I had never been there before. The police security was welcomed. The sleep apnea staff is superb. Hats off to Robert and Debra. You guys made my nights there comfortable. You know your jobs and I commend you both. You are great assets. I would recommend Annie Penn. Thanks for the opportunity to review.

I've had outstanding interactions with the Cone Health system. Annie Penn is no different. The staff here are demonstrably up to Cone standard, always cross training, and it shows. The doctors, nurses, and PAs are kind and patient, willing to discuss my case and care without hesitation.

I’ve had to come to Annie Penn for serious medical problems on several occasions and have never had to wait in the waiting room more than it takes to get one triaged. The nurses and doctors have always been very kind to me. I’ve always gotten wonderful treatment and care. This has all happened during Covid. All I have to say is, if one is truly sick then one will not have to wait. I’ve never used the ED for a minor injury or cold- I’ve only been for serious issues that required prompt treatment. The facility is always clean and I’ve always been given warm blankets and appropriate pain management. I’m very grateful to the ED staff of Annie Penn for always recognizing the seriousness of my situation and treating me well.

Came in with appendicitis at 0300, could barely stand, they had a wheel chair under me in minutes, they took my info quickly and had me in a bed all within 10 minutes of coming through the door. As it should be for an emergency. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and told me exactly what was going to happen and when to the best of their abilities, despite the fluid nature of an emergency setting they really kept up with me. The appendectomy was done and I was out by 1100 (I requested not to stay unless necessary). One of the best experiences I've had.

These Drs and nurses delivered my baby boy because we (my husband and I) was too far away from any delivery hospital to make it there before he was born. Fast forward 2 years later and they helped me when he had a febrile seizure and told me what to do and how to help him. Hes survived so much he's such a beautiful strong soul with the help of our loving Jesus and Annie Penn ER.
My family and I cannot thank enough all the staff, every single person working at Annie Penn who provided the utmost professionalism and loving care to our loved one who recently passed there. With several choices of hospitals to go to, Annie Penn is the one myself and my family would choose to use .
