Was transferred from Lakeland to Brandon for chest pains. I would like to commend technician Alex for the great bedside manner and awesome conversation. Felt like I was connecting with an old friend! Definitely made the ride enjoyable!!

I know that you rarely get to choose an ambulance provider, but these people are great. I loathe five star reviews (I think they're fake), but we have NEVER had anything other than a perfect experience. The people are exceptionally well-trained and attentive, and the care is superb. Our only complaint is that they REALLY need shock absorbers that, you know, WORK. But when you're using a vehicle that is a medical version of a Brinks truck, I guess it's what you get. It's the people that make the difference here. And they are... spectacular.

My Mom, who has dementia, had a fall in the middle of the night and needed to be transported to the hospital for a head injury. The two Americans EMT’s treated her with such kindness and respect. Their demeanor and knowledge base were exceptional. I was extremely pleased with our overall service.

I have been sick and I had the two best paramedics that sat for over 4 hours in the Brandon hospital I want to thank them for being there for me..Couldn’t have asked for better service thank you

This company is great polit and professional.
I worked for this company for around six years. They made great strides to continually better themselves for their employees as well as for their customers. I recently was accepted into a prestigious medical school here in Florida. I attribute my time at Americare for giving me the vital experience I needed in the healthcare field, which significantly bolstered my application for medical school. I would personally like to thank Americare Ambulance for giving me the opportunity to work there for so long and better the lives of my Florida community. Thank you!
